• Made two minor styling updates to the PDF report for improved readability and consistency.

• Fixed an issue where submitting for approval or clicking approve temporarily caused assessment content to appear deleted.

• Separated Hazard and Incident into distinct form types. Updated button titles on listing screens to ensure correct terminology is used for each form type.

• Updated border styling for improved visual consistency.

• Ensured that PIC and SIC receive completed report emails after submission. Updated email subscription settings to properly sync user preferences for "Risk Reports."

• Added enhanced privacy settings for Incident, Hazard, Audit, Inspection, and Investigation forms.

• Restored the correct tab order in form settings.

• Ensured that hazard report PDFs now properly display selected answers. Non-score-based forms will no longer include a "risk log" in the email.

• Replaced the current ASAP form template with the new ACSF SMS/ASAP Program template.

• Implemented an Assignee field in the UI for setup forms.
